Terms for Candidates
- Candidates must provide accurate and complete information (resume, documents, identity proof, certificates, etc.).
- Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.
- Registration with the company does not guarantee a job; final selection is the sole discretion of the employer.
- Candidates must attend interviews as scheduled; repeated no-shows may lead to blacklisting.
- No service charges/consultancy fees are payable by the candidate
- The company may share candidate profiles and data with potential employers in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Candidates will be eligible to receive a ₹300 joining bonus after issuance of an official offer letter or on their first day of joining, whichever is applicable.
Terms for Businessmen/Employers
- Employers must provide clear and accurate job descriptions including roles, responsibilities, and compensation.
- All candidate information shared is confidential and should be used solely for recruitment purposes.
- Employers agree not to bypass the agency and hire candidates directly without notifying [Munimi Giri].
- A service fee/recruitment charge will be applicable as per the signed agreement between the company and employer.
- Employers agree to make an advance payment of 50% of the recruitment service fee before the commencement of the hiring process.
- A posted job requirement will remain open for a maximum of 15 days (as per agreed terms), after which the job posting will be considered closed unless renewed by the employer.
- In case a candidate leaves within the agreed replacement period (if applicable), the company will provide a suitable replacement as per policy.
- Employers are solely responsible for final hiring decisions, salary payments, and compliance with labor laws.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or compromise the website or its users.
Unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.
